Implementation
As Designers, we will give children opportunities to:
- Design products for a purpose and function
- Plan and make prototypes
- Explore and evaluate
- Select the right tools and use them safely
- Opportunities to develop skills during DT sessions, whole day projects and knowledge based research
- Partake in challenging design projects e.g. hand puppets, food design

Children develop a set of transferable skills which they can apply to different creative contexts within school and beyond
